HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is FREE on all Peachy Shaves purchases!
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship to Canada and the USA (All 50 states)! We DO also ship to P.O. Boxes!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product - we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you do have any issues with your order, please be sure to email us: support@peachyshaves.co
WHY HAS MY PACKAGE NOT ARRIVED YET?
All Peachy Shaves subscription orders take 1-3 business days to process and will reach you in 4-8 business days thereafter. Your projected ETA can be found within your confirmation email received upon subscribing or when the order renews. Please always review your confirmation email and the projected time-frame listed above before emailing with a lost package inquiry!
If your order is late – please note that the ETA projected in your confirmation email does not include weekends and holidays. Because of this, you may be asked to wait up to four additional business days for us to begin an investigation.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
All orders take 1-3 business days to process after your order is placed or renews. Thereafter, packages will take 4-8 business days to reach you. Your confirmation email received upon subscribing will enclose your package’s ETA. Please note, the ETA is an estimate and does not account for weekends or holidays. There are no shipment notification emails sent.
HOW DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
Peachy Shaves renewals are the easiest way to never run out of fresh, sharp blades. First, you’ll receive your Razor Starter Kit – it comes with a handle and four refill blades (1 for each week). After that, we’ll send you four refill blades in every on-going shipment (monthly or bi-monthly - you decide!) so you can continue shaving. Free shipping always. Adjust, skip cancel anytime – it’s your shave plan.
HOW CAN I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Login to your account and click "Manage Subscriptions". You will then be able to make any changes necessary to your order + future renewals.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFO?
If your payment gets declined, it will automatically charge again in 1-2 days to try again.
If you want to change your payment info:
Log in to your account > Click “Manage Subscriptions” > Scroll down and see “More Settings” > Click “Payment Method” > Change your payment info accordingly and then SAVE!
HOW DO I CANCEL?
It’s easy! You can adjust, skip, or cancel your plan any time on your Account Page.
You can cancel your future subscription renewals by logging into your account, clicking "manage subscriptions" and "cancel".
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
YES! All of our products are 100% vegan!
DO YOUR BLADES CONTAIN NICKEL?
No, all of our products are nickel-free!
HOW MANY BLADES DO I GET EACH SHIPMENT?
You will receive four fresh new blades in each shipment!
In your very first shipment, you will get a Peachy Shaves handle and four razor blades.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CHANGE MY BLADE?
For a super smooth, peach-fuzz free shave each time, we recommend replacing your blade once a week to once ever two weeks (depending on how often you shave)!
